• We can help you get to work or college.

• We can help you use the bus on your own.

• We can help you go to clubs and see friends.

• We can help you wash and get dressed.

• We can help you talk to other people.

• We can help you with letters and forms.

• We help you say what you want.

What happens when you contact us

• 1. You call us.

  We call you back in 1 working day.

• 2. We come to your home.

  We talk about what you want help with.

• 3. You choose what happens next.

  You can say no. That is okay.

Coming to your home is free. You do not have to say yes.
