TKS Staffing provides person-centred home care to adults across Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Swadlincote, Lichfield, Rugeley and the surrounding Derbyshire and Staffordshire communities. We support older people, young adults, and people living with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities and palliative care needs.
Every care plan starts with a conversation and a free home assessment, not a price list. We look at the routine you already have, what you want to keep doing yourself, and where support would help. We then build a package that fits, from one morning visit a week to full live-in care.

We build packages around need, from short daily calls to waking nights and full live-in care, and we advise honestly on what is safe.
How much does home care cost?
Costs depend on the type of care and the number and length of visits. We explain everything in writing at your free assessment, before anything is agreed.
Can the council help pay for care?
Often, yes. You can request a needs assessment from your local authority, and we can talk you through direct payments and funding options.
